The MindLab
This series was designed to help our clients improve their thinking skills. Have some fun and use your mind. We will add a new MindLab exercise on the 1st and 15th of every month.

Background
Look around at the problems and opportunities besetting your everyday
life. More and more, the only asset that really counts (especially
on the personal level) is our ability to think. And here is the
premise behind this — thinking is a skill, and skills only
improve with practice.
Practice
Consider this location as a laboratory for your mind. I can’t tell you how to think better any more than I can exercise for you. You have to do it yourself.
Your mind is the laboratory that will create the rest of your life. Get off the couch, turn off the TV and get to work on your future! Nobody else is going to do it for you. You could read all kinds of books about successful people and great thinkers, but that won’t make you any more successful or any better of a thinker. Do yourself a favor and spend some time thinking.

Marconi
conceived of the radio as a two-way, interactive device. David
Sarnoff (think RCA) thought of it as a radio music box that
could “broadcast.” List the constraints you've
built into your product or service. What is it not intended
to do? How might it grow in an unintended manner? |
