THE PREPARED MIND WORKSHOP:
EIGHT SKILLS THAT PREPARE YOU FOR YOUR FUTURE
Your job has four essential components: (1) to sense the changes happening around you and your organization; (2) to make sense of those changes; (3) to decide on a course of action; and (4) to get the entire organization to act. Every one of the four steps, although conceptually obvious, is harder than it seems; and, to make matters even tougher, time is not on your side — the cycle from sensing to responding is accelerating. This workshop identifies the skills you and your organization need to work the sense-response cycle to your advantage. FORMAT
• 45 – 90 minute “thought provoker” speech
• Two day skills workshop — up to 35 participants.
• Three day application workshop — up to 25 participants
